Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what information I collect when you use Tarots by Kate, and how I use it.
When you place an order, contact me, or explicitly join an email list, I collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your question or message. For the separate astrocartography email list, I also retain the coarse country code resolved at signup so I can understand which regions the guidance serves; the source IP is discarded and never stored. I may also collect payment information, which is processed securely by third-party payment providers and is never stored on my systems.

The question you send me and the reading I write for you are strictly private. I do not share, post, reference, or use client content in any public-facing material, not even anonymously, without explicit permission.
If you subscribe to my general newsletter, I will send you useful reader emails, usually twice a week. If you separately join the astrocartography list, I will send occasional guidance about planetary lines, comparing places and relocation astrology. Joining one list does not silently add you to another. You may unsubscribe from either at any time using the link in every email or by contacting me directly.
This website uses essential storage for functionality and payment processing, and privacy-focused analytics to understand how the site is used. I do not use advertising cookies or sell information about your browsing.
I use Microsoft Clarity and first-party site analytics to understand aggregated behaviour such as pages visited, device type, engagement, scrolling, and where parts of the site may be confusing. Clarity may create privacy-masked session recordings and heatmaps; sensitive input fields are masked, and private pages such as the owner statistics area are excluded.
I retain privacy-safe aggregate reporting data so I can compare website performance over time. My reporting system does not retain Clarity recordings, form text, IP addresses, user identifiers, or URL query strings. Microsoft processes Clarity data according to its own privacy terms and may process data outside your country.
