Your questions, answered

How does the gift actually arrive?
As a personal written reading by email — there's no physical parcel and nothing to ship. Add their email at booking and it goes straight to them with your message at the top. Leave their email out and the reading arrives in your inbox instead, ready to forward or print whenever you choose.
What if I don't know their birth details?
Pick a reading that leans on what you do know. The tarot readings only need a question — yours on their behalf works beautifully. For numerology, a birth date is usually enough. And if something's missing, just say so in the "Anything else" box — Kate will work with what you have or reach out to your person directly.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes, and please do. There's a message box right in the booking form when you tick "this is a gift". Kate includes your words, exactly as you wrote them, at the top of the reading — so the gift opens with your voice, not hers.
How far ahead should I book for a birthday?
Readings are delivered within 48 hours — the deeper family and home numerology readings take 72. Booking two or three days before the big day is plenty. If you'd like it to land on a specific date, mention that in the booking form and Kate will time it.
What if it's not quite the right reading for them?
Write to Kate before she starts and she'll happily swap it for another reading. Once you've booked, every reading also includes a free follow-up question, so your person can steer the conversation where they need it most.
