Your birth date, time, selected coordinates and calculations stay in your browser. Place search sends only the text you type to this site's self-hosted index.
Supported birth dates: 1900 through 2026 (up to today).

Note on exactness: Astrocartography requires a precise birth time; even a few minutes can materially shift angular lines. Astrocartography maps are supported for birth dates from 1900 through 2026 (the current year). Pluto is included but computed with lower precision than the other bodies; its lines are approximate. Angles use a geometric horizon without atmospheric refraction.

Calculations provided by the open-source Astronomy Engine (MIT). Map borders courtesy of Natural Earth (public domain). Place search uses a self-hosted index of GeoNames (CC BY 4.0).

Before you ask

Your questions, answered

What does this map actually show?
An astrocartography map calculates the apparent geocentric positions of ten bodies at your birth instant and projects their angular lines onto the globe. ASC marks rising, DESC setting, MC the upper meridian and IC the lower meridian.
Why is the exact birth time so important?
Because the Earth rotates constantly, the Ascendant, Descendant and meridian lines move with the recorded time. Even a few minutes can shift the map materially, so this tool never guesses a missing or daylight-saving-ambiguous time.
Will a Venus line bring me love, or a Jupiter line wealth?
Astrocartography is a symbolic tool for reflection, not a predictive science. Astrologers associate these lines with certain themes—like relationships or expansion—but a line does not cause outcomes. Always prioritize practical evidence when making life decisions.
Is my privacy protected?
Your birth date, exact time, selected coordinates and calculated map data stay in your browser. Only the place text you type is sent to this site's self-hosted index. Anonymous start, completion and save counts contain none of those private details.
Why is there a note about Pluto?
Pluto's orbit is highly eccentric, making its exact historical and future positions complex to calculate. The open-source engine powering this map uses a model that is slightly less precise for Pluto than for the major planets, so its lines should be treated as approximate.
